Godrej Employees Celebrating the Brand Trust Rankings, 2019

Mumbai, 6th June: Brand Trust Report 2019,  is the result of a comprehensive primary research conducted on the proprietary 61-Attribute Brand Trust Matrix of TRA.  This year’s study involved 15,000 hours of fieldwork, covering 2,315 consumer-influencers across 16 cities in India, and generated 5 million data points and 9,000 unique brands, from which the top 1000 brands have been listed in this year’s report. Indian Statistical Institute is TRA’s statistical partner for the research methodology.

15 Godrej brands made an entry into the top 1000 list of  TRA’s Brand Trust Report, 2019.  Godrej  Masterbrand alongwith four other Godrej brands have been ranked No. 1 in their respective categories which is  a phenomenal achievement for the brand.  Godrej achieves unprecedented success this year by becoming the Most Trusted brand in the FMCG–Diversified Category taking the slot from earlier year leaders.

Godrej, the first company to introduce refrigerators  in India has also become India’s Most Trusted Refrigerator brand in 2019. The brand stands steady at the No.1 position in Furniture Retail with its Godrej Interio Brand as well. Among the most iconic is perhaps the product that Godrej started its business with – its locks have been a symbol of trust and security  for over 120 years, and feature as the Most Trusted Brand in the Locks Category  in BTR 2019. In fact, no other lock brand even makes it to the list. Godrej Properties has also been ranked 1st in the real estate category.

In addition, Godrej Aer is the 2nd in the Air Freshener Category; in the Hair Colour Category, its Godrej Expert Rich Crème ranks 2nd. Cinthol also ranks 2nd among Talcum Powder brands and has  also secured 4th rank among Washing Machines and in the Soap Category, Godrej has two soaps among 17 listed in Most Trusted list.
