L&L recently assistedRibbon, in its global acquisition of business and technology of Anova. The transaction was structured as a stock and cash deal. Anova was valued at USD 17 million.
Ribbon is a NASDAQ listed global software leader in secure and intelligent cloud communications. Anova provides a cloud narrative, streaming analytics platform for network and subscriber optimization and monetization.
The acquisition will help Ribbon in its bid to expand into network optimization, security and data monetization via big data analytics and machine learning. As the complexity and scale of network operations continues to expand, big data analytics and machine learning are becoming crucial in providing the requisite efficiency and reliability to its operations. Anova’s solutions will help Ribbon in providing end-to-end solution for real time communications (RTC) and IP data service assurance, security, optimization and monetization.
