BSH Home Appliances launches its new Direct2Customer facility in India

A new business channel enabling consumers to engage with Bosch for a premium range of products

 

Mumbai, September 21, 2020: BSH Home Appliances, Europe’s No 1 Appliances company and a dominant global leader in built-in space today announced the launch of its new Direct2Customer buying facility, offering its consumers an exclusive and premium range of products from Bosch’s global portfolio.

 

Marking another crucial milestone in the growth journey of BSH India, the new Direct2Customer model will accelerate easy purchase of products as well as increase access to Bosch’s international product portfolio while giving consumers an opportunity to experiment world cuisines. Through this new channel/platform, consumers can now experience the brand’s premium product range comprising ventilation, Surface, Cavity, Dish Care, Refrigeration, Coffee makers, Induction Hobs, Warmer Drawers and Teppanyaki grills as well as avail offers and promotions across stores where Direct2Customer is available.

 

After success launches across global markets like Australia, Spain, New Zealand, Bosch now brings this model to the Indian market through its select kitchen dealers. Starting with Mumbai, it will soon be taken forward across all the major cities, where BSH has an established network. The Direct2Customer channel, consumers not only get an opportunity to experience the products physically with live demo, but it also comes with delivery, tracking and installation services from Bosch.
