New Delhi: OPPO Mobiles has launched its second camera-focused F series phone- F1 Plus in India today. As an upgraded version of the Selfie Expert F1, the F1 Plus is taking selfies to a new level with a world leading 16MP front camera at Rs.26,990.

According to Mr Sky Li, OPPO Global VP, MD of International Mobile Business and President of OPPO India, “Today, we are very excited to launch the second device of our photography-focused F series in India after our Selfie Expert F1, which created great market acceptance with demands pouring in from every corner of the country. Camera Phones are always our focus and we plan to bring out the best camera experiences to our consumers.”

At the launch, OPPO also announced Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh as its First Sports Ambassador for this cricket season. Earlier this year, the company became the official global partner of the International Cricket Council (ICC) for the mobile phone category for four years. During the WT20 2016, the company witnessed a brilliant response to its 360-degree “Cheer for India” marketing campaign.

The main highlight of these devices are the optics. The F1 Plus come geared with a 16MP front camera with a 78.1-degree wide-angle lens and an f/2.0 aperture.

At the rear, the Oppo F1 Plus features a 13MP camera with LED flash, with an f/2.2 aperture which supports PDAF (phase detection autofocus) and Full HD video recording.

For display, the F1 Plus features a 5.5-inch FHD OLED panel, with a fingerprint sensor below it.

Under the hood, the Oppo F1 Plus is rocking a MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) processor octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM. The device runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with ColorOS 3.0 skin on top

The Oppo F1 Plus is available in 64GB storage variant, and comes with a hybrid dual-SIM tray with microSD expandability up to 128GB. The F1 Plus is powered by a 2850mAh.

The device is priced at Rs 26,990 and will be available through authorized retail chains across the country.
