Shriram Transport Finance Company (STFC) said it has raised Rs 200 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.

The Banking and Finance Committee of the company approved and allotted 2,000 NCDs today, it said in a regulatory filing.

“…approved and alloted 2,000 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 200 crore on private placement basis”, it said.

The tenure of the debentures has been set at 5 years and 10 years bearing coupon rate of 9.25 per cent and 9.30 per cent, respectively.

STFC shares closed 0.27 per cent down at Rs 908.25 apiece on BSE.
