Panasonic announced the launch of Panasonic P75 smartphone for Rs 5,990. Note that the phone was found listed on Snapdeal by The Panasonic P75 for Rs 5,555,

Commenting on the launch, Pankaj Rana, business head – mobility division, Panasonic India, said, “With the increased usage of smart phones nowadays, we offer our consumers a long lasting 5000mAH battery smart phone capable of turn-by-turn navigation as well, thereby assisting our consumers on the go.”

The highlight of this smartphone is its powerful 5000 mAh Lithium Ion non-removable battery for prolonged usage, which claims to offer 659 min of talktime.

The Panasonic P75 has a 5-inch HD (720 x 1280p) IPS (In-plane Switching) display with pixel density of 294ppi. It is fitted with a 1.3 GHz quad core (MT6580) processor, which is paired with 1GB of RAM. The phone has 8GB of internal storage as well as an expandable storage slot for up-to a 32GB micro SD card. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.

The P75 smartphone boasts an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. Moreover, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, a micro USB 2.0 port, Accelerometer, Proximity sensor, Digital Compass, and Ambient light sensor. The Panasonic P75 measures 144.9 x 71 x 8.95 mm and weighs 157 grams.

P75 is available in two colors – Champagne Gold and Sand Black. Moreover, it supports FM allowing you to listen to music wherever you go. Adding to the surprise element, it also comes with a protective screen guard as a free accessory worth Rs. 399.
