How has the industry unfolded over the years, since the time you have started?
Our industry has matured a lot especially in the previous decade or so. All major manufacturers now focus on quality. Consequently, the customer has also matured and is looking for new products even if it comes with an added cost as long as it adds value. Our products are gradually being viewed as lifestyle products that add convenience rather than just functionary products.

Our manufacturing plants are equipped with the latest in technology and powered by strong systems with frequent checkpoints at all stages of the production process. Coupled with in-depth involvement of the entire team including us, it leads to highest quality products at an unbeatable consistency.

We had always been known for our high level of quality and consistency. Gradually we have expanded our product catalog to include the widest variety of products which includes unique application products. We have expanded our reach to all states of India.

What are the recent trends in Wire and Electrical industry?
The Wire & Electrical Industry is going through a very positive phase of growth and brand awareness among the customers. Our products are very critical to every home and they last for atleast 10 years. The customers now realize the significance of good quality products and how it can positively enhance our day to day lives. Consequently, we work harder to add more features and increasing the life cycle of our products. This results in very innovative and premium products coming into the market recently. This trend will only go further upwards in the coming decade.
What are some of the goals of CONA for the next decade?
We are focused on our view of developing innovative high quality products at affordable prices. Making all customers aware of these products and their utility with convenience is one of the major targets.
